The invention discloses a surface coating technology of cold-rolling whole-process non-oriented electrical steel, wherein the coating technology adopts an existing strip steel color coating production line in a cold rolling enterprise. The conditions of the coating technology are as follows: A, the pressure between the rolls of a fine coating machine is 115+/-25kg, and the speed ratio is 1.2+/-0.3; B, the temperature of each section of a curing oven is 280+/-60 DEG C; C, the speed of a strip steel curing process is 65+/-25m/min. The surface coating technology of the cold-rolling whole-process non-oriented electrical steel is performed by the existing strip steel color coating production line, so that no modification is needed to be carried out on equipments, the effect of the color coating production line can be greatly broadened, the production cost of the cold-rolling whole-process non-oriented electrical steel can be effectively reduced, the equipment cost is low, and the equipment debugging time can be effectively shortened.
