Determination of olaquindox in fish by ASE-UHPLC

An analytical method for the determination of olaquindox in fish samples by ASE and UHPLC was developed.The results showed that the linear regression equation was y=0.0358x+0.0019,the corre1ation coefficient was above 0.9999,and the calibration curve was linear in the range of 0.10~2.0μg/mL,and the detection limit of the method(calculated with S/N=3)was 5.0μg/mg.Then a sample was analyzed with this method,and the content was undetected.The average recovery(n=3) of the spiked sample was 88%,and the relative standard deviations of retention time and peak area of six samples were 0.21% and 2.0%,respectively.
