High-temperature-resistant automobile radiator hose ethylene-propylene-diene monomer material

2014
The invention relates to a high-temperature-resistant automobile radiator hose ethylene-propylene-diene monomer material. The material comprises raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 122.08-181.38 parts of ethylene-propylene-diene monomer, 156.96-198.82 parts of carbon black, 6.98-8.72 parts of active magnesium oxide, 0.35-1.74 parts of stearic acid, 0.7-3.49 parts of an anti-aging agent, 3.49-5.23 parts of a vulcanizing agent, 2.09-3.49 parts of a crosslinking agent and 0.35-1.74 parts of an accelerating agent. The monomer material formula is improved automatically, so that produced ethylene-propylene-diene monomer hoses are stable in performance quality, high in rate of quality products, smooth in product appearance, resistant to padding and fatigue, firm in structure and capable of saving the raw materials and meeting requirements of working environments where temperatures inside engine compartments often reach 100-150 DEG C and even higher.
