A Study on Superoxide Dismutase Isoenzymes of Vitis Somaclonal Variation

The Present dissertation studied the somaclonal variations of three grape varieties,superoxide dismutase isozyme from the Plants regenerated by callus induction of stolon tips and inquired into the variant states of the meterials in order to provide theoretical basis for utilizing clonal variations to improve grape varieties.
