Эндоскопическая оптическая когерентная томография: возможности и ограничения

In this article the experience of scientists of Nizhny Novgorod State Medical Academy and Institute of Applied Physics of Russian Academy of Science of elaborating and inventing of optical coherent tomography in clinical practice (OCT) is summarized. The merit of N.Novgorod scientists is in creating of portable OCT-setting, provided with exchangeable mini-probes, which can be combined with standard endoscopes. Endoscopic OCT-setting was used for the first time in the world in March in multidiscipline clinic researches, where more than 4000 patients were examined on the bases of Russian and foreign hospitals.
