Hundred-mark system marking method for honey quality

The invention discloses a hundred-mark system marking method for honey quality. First, multiple indexes of honey are detected by a honey detecting instrument. Then, according to the relationship between each index and the honey quality, the detecting result of each index is marked by a hundred mark system to obtain the score of each index. Finally, the weighing average value of the scores of all the indexes, namely the comprehensive score of the honey quality, is calculated. Water, fructose, glucose, sucrose, acidity, hydroxymethyl furfural and diastase activity are used as the indexes, the honey quality is graded by 1-100 from the low to the high, and the honey quality can be visually learned by a consumer from the scores.
