The invention relates to a composite steel-fiber reinforced cement-base bridge deck, comprising a composite fiber reinforced pultrusion plate, a composite fiber cement-base reinforced surface layer with reinforcing steel bar meshes inside, and vertical steel tie bars, wherein the composite fiber reinforced pultrusion plate has U-shaped convex ribs and U-shaped concave ribs which are used for increasing rigidity of the composite pultrusion plate; a light concrete layer is arranged between the composite fiber reinforced pultrusion plate and the composite fiber cement-base reinforced surface layer; reinforcing steel bars arranged in the light concrete layer are located in the U-shaped convex ribs; one end of the vertical steel tie bars is connected with the reinforcing steel bars; the other end of the vertical steel tie bars is connected with the reinforcing steel bar meshes in the composite fiber cement-base reinforced surface layer to form a composite shear key, so that the composite fiber cement-base reinforced surface layer in the composite steel-fiber reinforced cement-base bridge deck can work together with the light concrete layer and the composite fiber reinforced pultrusion plate.
