[Dynamics of dysplastic hip remodelling during the first month of a child's life in an ultrasonographic image].

: Remodelling of dysplastic hip in the first four weeks of life in 51 children treated with abduction diapers has been assessed sonographically. An improvement has been found in every case. The best results have been achieved in type IIIa hips, the worst in type IV (after Graf).
