Plotting Language Utilizing Graphical Optics (PLUGO). Volume I. User's Guide.

1978
Abstract : This report describes the function and use of a system of digital computer programs called PLUGO (Plotting Language Utilizing Graphical Optics). PLUGO combines batch processing with interactive graphics to provide the engineer with an analysis tool capable of handling large quantities of data. Basic input consists of a sequential file containing any number of fixed format data records. Data records contain values for up to 100 experimental variables. Output consists of X-Y plots of user specified data subsets from the input data file. Plots are subject to inspection, editing, curve-fitting, and interpolation via an interactive graphics program. A special function creates trimmed plots of wind-tunnel generated force-moment data. Programs are written in CDC FORTRAN EXTENDED for execution on a CDC 6600 or CYBER 74 computer system. (Author)
