The invention discloses a portable intelligent sludge aerobic fermentation diagnosis system which comprises an intelligent blower control part and an automatic fermentation process monitoring part; in the intelligent blower control part, a PLC is connected with a blower and is used for controlling the operation of the blower in a programming manner to realize intelligent, timed, quantitative and precise air blowing; the automatic fermentation process monitoring part is used for on line monitoring and recording the temperature and oxygen conditions of the sludge fermentation process in real time and used for feeding back the monitored and recorded temperature and oxygen conditions to adjust and control the fermentation process. As the blower is connected with the PLC used for controlling the operation of the blower in a programming manner to realize intelligent, timed, quantitative and precise air blowing; and meanwhile the temperature and oxygen conditions of the sludge fermentation process are monitored and recoded on line in real time through the automatic fermentation process monitoring part and further fed back to adjust and control the fermentation process, so that the automatic diagnosis and adjustment on sludge aerobic fermentation are achieved and the success of sludge aerobic fermentation is ensured.
