AKUT HEPATİT-B INFEKSIYONUNUN FARKLI BİR PREZENTASYONU: ŞİLÖZ ASİT

OZET Şiloz asit cocukluk caginda nadir gorulen bir hastalik tablosudur. Bu raporda uc yasindaki erkek cocukta akut Hepatit-B infeksiyonu sirasinda gelisen ve hepatitin iyilesme doneminde konservatif tedaviyle duzelen siloz asit tablosu sunulmaktadir. Bilgilerimize gore literaturde Hepatit-B infeksiyonu ile iliskili olarak yayinlanan ilk vaka olma ozelligini tasimaktadir. Anahtar kelimeler: Şiloz asit, Hepatit-B infeksiyonu. SUMMARY CHYLOUS ASCITES: AN UNUSUAL PRESENTATION OF ACUTE HEPATITIS-B INFECTION We report a three-year-old boy of acute chylous ascites occuring concurrently with acute Hepatit-B infection which resolve with conservative management. To our knowledge, this is the first description of the chylous ascites associted with acute Hepatit-B infection. Key Words: Chylous ascites, Hepatit-B infection.
