El presente articulo pretende mostrar como es concebida la Investigacion en la Corporacion Universitaria Rafael Nunez, para revelarla en su dimension de funcion sustantiva que es para la Institucion. Se abordan a fin de resaltar la importancia de esta funcion, temas como el de Cultura Investigativa. Igualmente, se presenta la manera como se aborda en la Corporacion la relacion entre curriculo e investigacion, en la que se destaca el  proyecto institucional “Seminario de Investigacion”. Y finalmente, se exponen las expresiones de la investigacion en la Institucion: Formacion Investigativa e Investigacion Estricta.ABSTRACT:This article is designed to show how Research in the University Corporation Rafael Nunez, to disclose in its dimension is substantive role for the institution. Are addressed to highlight the Importance of this function, issues such as Investigative Culture. Also shows how the Corporation addresses the relationship between curriculum and research, which highlights the institutional project "Research Seminar". And finally, sets the terms of the research at the Institution: Investigative and Research Training Strict.
