Flake absorbing mechanism for automatic flaker

The invention discloses a flake absorbing mechanism for an automatic flaker. The flake absorbing mechanism comprises a plate-shaped body, wherein a horizontal slide rail is arranged above the body and is connected with a vertical movable rod in a sliding way; the middle part of the movable rod is connected with a rocking bar mechanism for driving the movable rod to move linearly in a reciprocating way along the slide rail; the lower end of the movable rod is rotationally connected with a sucking disc base through a fixing shaft; the sucking disc base is provided with a sucking disc; the fixing shaft is connected with a sucking disc seat swing mechanism; and the sucking disc seat swing mechanism is matched with linear movement of the movable rod to drive the sucking disc base to switch between a horizontal flake absorbing state and a vertical flack placing state. Through the associated actions of the mechanisms, pole plates are prevented from falling off in the moving direction, only one pole plate is absorbed at one time, the absorption of the pole plates at a horizontal position is more reliable, and the pole plate releasing position is accurate.
