Research on Inheritance of Traditional Sports Culture Heritage of Henan Province in School Physical Education Teaching

The transmission route and methods of the intangible cultural heritage of Shaolin Boxing and Tai Chi Chuan traditional sports culture in Henan Province were studied.It was suggested that Shaolin Boxing and Tai Chi Chuan are typical representatives of the intangible cultural heritage of traditional sports culture in Henan Province. In their heritage and protection,school sport was an effective way to promote the Shaolin Boxing and Tai Chi Chuan widespread.
