2021
This article aims to discuss the interweaving of the concept of Sustainable Territorial Development, linked to the conceptions of territory, and management of natural resources, from the perspective of integrated and participatory management, considering their specificities. As for the methodological aspects is a research with a predominantly qualitative approach, of the descriptive exploratory type. A bibliographical survey was made initially, starting from the analysis of articles, reports and dissertations that had as reference the coast of Parana. The data collection took place in a dialogical way, following a guiding script. In this script, besides information on the identification of the interviewees (data such as name, age, sex, occupation), during the conversations, data were recorded and recorded with the appropriate authorization, data referring to species of medicinal use and Non-Conventional Food Plants ) and other uses of biodiversity as tree species destined to the construction, be it of boats or houses.  The results demonstrate the potential native species in a mapping of biodiversity and natural resource management in the Coast of Parana. Finally, we highlight the main uses of native species of our flora as a possibility to add value as products of biodiversity in a perspective of conservation of natural resources, but also the generation of work and income for communities.
