Exploration of Research-Oriented Microbiology Teaching Model: Taking Mycobacteriophage Isolation as Example

In medical school, pathogenic microorganism experiment course is a crucial practical course needing operation. There are amounts of barrier in the practical teaching design and specific implementation of the course. To a certain extent, it has affected and hindered the realization of favorable teaching results. A useful way of solving these problems is to adopting the optimum teaching methods on the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the course itself and students' situations. Under the guidance of the primary line of analyzing, discovering and resolving problems, this paper held a discussion on the teaching methods that can effectively enhance the teaching effect of pathogenic microorganism experiment course.
