According to the present invention, by using the artificially cells transduced with nucleic acid expressing the miRNA, it can be produced high titers of AAV vectors as compared with the prior art. Composition comprising, as an active ingredient an AAV vector and the viral vector produced using the cell is very useful as a gene transfer method in the field of research or clinical gene therapy.
