The invention relates to a formwork reinforcement system for construction of a concrete structure body without open joints, which comprises the formed concrete structure body, a formwork, an upright post, reinforcing section steel, a split bolt and the concrete structure body to be poured, wherein the lower end of the upright post is pre-buried in the formed concrete structure body, the reinforcing section steel comprises ordinary reinforcing section steel and arching reinforcing section steel, the arching reinforcing section steel is positioned outside the formwork, and the ordinary reinforcing section steel is positioned on the inner side of the upright post; and the split bolt sequentially penetrates the arching reinforcing section steel, the formwork, the concrete structure body to be poured and the ordinary reinforcing section steel, and a split nut and a gasket are respectively mounted at two ends of the split bolt. The formwork reinforcement system has simple operation and low investment, and can effectively ensure the planeness of construction joints of a fair-faced finish concrete structure and ensure the construction quality of the construction joints of the fair-faced finish concrete.
