Features of Thermal Properties of Strongly Compensated Si · B,Mn Ò

The features of thermal properties of strongly compensated manganese-doped silicon Si 〈 B , Mn 〉 are studied. It is established that the state of manganese atoms in silicon under strong compensation is determined by clustering in the crystal lattice.
