System and method for reporting back on unanswered calls and unread messages

The invention relates to a system for reporting back on unanswered calls and unread messages, which comprises a setting module, a verification module, a starting module and a back-reporting module, wherein the setting module is used for setting the content and format of a recognizable command message, the content of the command message comprises passwords, keywords and receiver information; the verification module is used for recognizing whether the message is the command message or not according to the format and the content of the command message when a communication device receives the message; the starting module is used for recognizing the keywords in the message and correspondingly starting or closing the system; the back-reporting module is used for sending the unread messages of the communication device to a receiver set in the command message, or putting the information of the unanswered calls of the communication device into a back-reporting list and sending the back-reporting list to the receiver. The invention also provides a method forreporting back on unanswered calls and unread messages. The unanswered calls and the unread messages received by the communication device can be immediately obtained by using the invention when the communication device is not taken.
