The in-automobile missed life detecting module comprises an in-automobile camera with a life image analysis module and an in-automobile voice detecting instrument, and the in-automobile camera and the in-automobile voice detecting instrument are arranged in parallel. The in-automobile environment monitoring module comprises an in-automobile oxygen detector and an in-automobile temperature detector which are arranged in parallel. According to the automobile-missed life safety protection system and the protection method, whether a life body is missed in an automobile or not is detected, and then the in-automobile environment is monitored through the detectors; when the life of the missed life body is threatened by the in-automobile environment, the automobile-window-glass lifting motor is controlled by an automobile body controller to drop automobile windows to the preset height to protect the in-automobile missed life body, and accidents and tragedies are prevented.
