Plan estratégico para el desarrollo empresarial de la empresa pública municipal de mercados, cantón Quevedo, periodo 2015 – 2019

The present research is conducted with the aim of improving the administrative area and thus its business development company municipal markets of Canton Quevedo of the Province of Los Rios; a situational analysis was performed to identify the weaknesses of the organization. The following work entitled presents "STRATEGIC PLAN FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT OF A PUBLIC COMPANY MUNICIPAL MARKET, CANTON Quevedo, PERIOD 2015 - 2019" by which it is intended to solve the problem of lack of administrative tool that allows the organization to improve its management for enterprise development. In developing research qualitative and quantitative evaluation was applied to determine the percentage of the characteristics of the investigated object by personal interview based on questionnaires made the manager of the company's municipal markets of Canton Quevedo, I was working with a sample of 277 merchants listed as enterprise users, who were surveyed to achieve the objectives of this study, as the universe of collaborators of it. A SWOT analysis was performed to detect the reality of the Organization, both the internal environment by identifying strengths and weaknesses and the external environment with the recognition of the opportunities and threats within various environments. It was developed for the future of the company's Mission, Vision and Values Corporate Principles also all possibilities and strategic alternatives for change and transformation is explored possible. Logical Framework was used to finalize the proposal to achieve its administrative improvement, describing thus obtain the strategies and activities to get them for administrative improvement thereof having a budget that is intended to be financed by the higher body corporate directory Canton municipal markets Quevedo
