Random number producer and its seed counting value producing unit

The invention provides a random numbers generator that can be used in radio frequency identification label which can receive the carrier wave sent by radio frequency identification reader, the randomnumbers generator includes: oscillator which generates counter frequency according to the pressurizing voltage, the frequency of the counter frequency is relative with the voltage value; latch controlunit which generates latch signal according to the pressurizing voltage; counter which is connected with the oscillator and the latch control unit, counts from the starting value according to the count frequency and generates seed count value according to the latch signal; and the random numbers generator which is connected with the counter and generates random numbers according to the seed countvalue. The random numbers generator of the radio frequency identification label in the invention includes random numbers generator, but also includes seed count value generator which generates the seed count value and makes the random numbers not regular and forecast and become true random numbers.
