Moving from the miscellaneous volume Le liberta del lavoro (ed. by Laura Cerasi), the first part of the essay seeks to analyze the different contributions in a legal-historical perspective. The second part consists in a quick glance at the treatment of labour problems under Fascism and in the Constitution of 1948.
