Case rigid outer housing co-formed in one piece with elastomeric coating for mobile electronic devices

A protective sleeve (100) for a portable mobile electronic device (19) comprising: a first portion (12) which creates a rigid outer housing that includes a tuned cavity (22) formed therein for mounting a device portable mobile electronic on the protective cover; a second portion (13), permanently fixed to the fitting recess (22) formed in the first portion (12); comprising said first portion (12) an outer protective layer made of a hardened plastic; and said second portion (13) comprising an elastomeric coating formed and permanently fixed inside the first portion (12) of outer rigid shell, characterized in that, the corners of the first portion (12) of rigid housing are cut to form voids; and the elastomeric material of the second portion (13) fills voids created at the corners (23) of the first portion of rigid outer casing (12), where it was cut open.
