An electric power storage device (24) is configured to be connectable to a second input/output terminal (A2) side and is charged with direct-current electric power supplied from the second input/output terminal (A2) side, or functions as a direct-current electric power supply source that discharges direct-current electric power to the second input/output terminal (A2) side.
