Some observations on the electrical conductivity at high and low electric fields of cadmium zinc phosphate glasses

1983
The electrical conductivities at constant high and low electric fields were measured as functions of temperature and a comparison between the derived values of activation energy was made. The Poole-Frenkel conduction mechanism seems to be dominant in these glasses.
