Advances in treatment of pelvic fractures with multi-injuries

Pelvic fractures with multi-injuries(PFM) have been increasing in recent years.As a severe and complex injury,the rate of disability and mortality of PFM is high.Because most of the patients are youth,treatment of PFM brings much burden to our society.Nowadays,there are still some arguments about its treatment,especially about the pre-hospital and systematic treatment of PFM.The author gives a general review about the treatment of PFM both at home and abroad.
