Organic geochemistry of continental margin sediments. Research period: June 15, 1977--October 31, 1978

An instrument was purchased, set up, and is in operating condition to obtain detailed analyses of the hydrocarbons that have already been formed and those that potentially can be formed in continental margin sediment samples with depth in core holes along the continental margins of the United States.
