Purification of Protein Kinase C Inhibitor from Bovine Spermatozoa

A protein kinase C inhibitor is found in bovine sper-matozoa. This inhibitor was purified by Sephadex G-200and isoelectrofocusion electrophoresis. The molecularweight of this protein kinase C inhibitor was about 63 000,the isoelectric point of the inhibitor was pH 4.5.
