The present invention relates to a core material for a vacuum insulation material comprising a porous aluminosilicate and to a vacuum insulation material having same. The core material for a vacuum insulation material according to the present invention has excellent durability and improved gas adsorption power (particularly excellent absorption power), while the cost of the raw material is low. A vacuum insulation material comprising such a core material can provide more improved insulation performance by being capable of minimizing the degradation of vacuum even without a separate getter or absorbent.
