Потерпевший от угрозы или насилия относительно работника правоохранительного органа: украинский взгляд

The article deals with issues of determination of a range of victims of threat or violence in connection with an employee of the law enforcement body provided for in the art.345 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author also gives well-grounded recommendations regarding the unification of a term “a close relative” in criminal law.
