The invention relates to a pesticide containing dinotefuran and ethiofencarb. The pesticide is prepared into microemulsion. The formula comprises dinotefuran, ethiofencarb, an emulsifier, a solvent, a cosolvent, a stabilizer, an anti-freezing agent and water, and has excellent stability. The invention also relates to application of the pesticide in the aspect of controlling agricultural insects.
