Process for producing linen organic yarn

The invention discloses a process for producing linen organic yarn by using organic linens as raw material and adopting an oxygen bleaching and environment-friendly auxiliary agent without chlorine. The process comprises the following steps: scutching organic linens into fibers, processing the fibers by a spreading machine, processing the spread fibers by a slivering machine, processing obtained linen strips by a drawing frame; processing the combined linen strips by a coarse spinner, blanching coarse linen yarns, processing the linen yarns by a wet spinning frame, processing the coarse linenyarns by a drier, processing the linen yarns by a bobbin winder and packaging; or the process comprises the following steps: preparing short organic linens; processing the short organic linens by a cross comber, processing the combed short organic linens by a pre-gilling machine, processing the short organic linens by a fine comber, processing the short organic linens by a fine comber, processingthe short organic linens by the coarse spinner, blanching coarse linen yarns, processing the linen yarns by a wet spinning frame, processing the coarse linen yarns by a drier, processing the linen yarns by a bobbin winder and packaging, wherein an advanced chlorine-free oxygen bleaching technology is adopted in the steps of blanching the long and short coarse linen yarns. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the obvious advantages that the process adopts simple process route and has low production cost; the prior coarse yarn blanching process comprises steps of sodiumchlorite bleaching and oxygen bleaching, and a product is not environment friendly, but the blanching process of the invention is finished in three steps of preprocessing, first oxygen bleaching and second oxygen bleaching, thus the added value of each ton of the linen organic yarns is increased by 8,000 yuan.
