Swollen Ciliary Processes as an Initial Symptom in Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada Syndrome
1983
Kimura, Sakai, and Okabe 1 described a patient with Harada's syndrome who showed a transient shallow anterior chamber as an initial symptom. They pointed out that edematously swollen ciliary processes could be observed easily by means of routine gonioscopy through dilated pupils. However, they did not take photographs of the ciliary processes. We have now studied another patient with Vogt-Koyanagi-Harada syndrome with similar initial manifestations.
