The Proceedings of the 2003 International Symposium on Deepwater Mooring Systems: Concepts, Design, Analysis and Materials consist of 24 papers reflecting recent advances made in this field. Offshore oil and gas drilling and production activities are being pushed into deeper and deeper waters. To reduce cost while achieving high safety standards many innovative floating structure concepts are being developed and deployed.
