Strip-grain boehmite and preparation method thereof

The invention provides strip-grain boehmite. The grains of the boehmite are 3-6nm wide and 20-107nm long. The preparation method of the strip-grain boehmite comprises the following steps: hydrolyzing C5-C7 aluminum alkoxide under the conditions of a water-aluminum alkoxide molar ratio of 3-6 and a temperature in the range of 80-100 DEG C, putting the slurry obtained after hydrolysis in a closed container for aging for 2-48 hours under the conditions of a temperature in the range of 100-200 DEG C and a pressure in the range from 0.2-1.0MPa, and separating out the alcohol generated through hydrolysis to finally obtain the strip-grain boehmite. The preparation method of the strip-grain boehmite is simple, low in cost, and applicable to large-scale production; in the preparation process, only self-synthesized materials are utilized without adding other extra organic matters.
