The method for identifying a contact comprises: obtaining a three-dimensional image and voiceprint characteristic information that correspond to a contact to be identified when a contact identification instruction is received; identifying the contact to be identified by using the obtained three-dimensional image and voiceprint characteristic information; and performing a voice broadcast comprising the three-dimensional image and voiceprint characteristic information of the contact to be identified when information of the contact to be identified is viewed.
