Method for combining low temperature quick freezing and superhigh pressure virus inactivation of blood plasma

2011
The invention belongs to a technology for treating a blood plasma through a physical method, and especially provides a method for combining low temperature quick freezing and superhigh pressure virus inactivation of the blood plasma to improve the superhigh pressure virus inactivation quality of the apheresis blood plasma. The method comprises the following processes: cooling the blood plasma before the superhigh pressure treatment of the blood plasma to -23DEG C to -25DEG C to make the blood plasma not be frozen, maintaining the temperature for 20-30min, putting the blood plasma in a critical freezing state in a superhigh pressure container, applying a superhigh pressure 200-400MPA and simultaneously cooling to -35DEG C to -40DEG C, maintaining the temperature for 30-40min, and releasing the pressure to complete the instant freezing and the virus inactivation of the blood plasma. Test results prove that the virus inactivation and freezing quality of the blood plasma treated through the method is very high, the used superhigh pressure is low, and an obvious economic effect is possessed.
