KETERSEDIAAN OBAT DI FASILITAS PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DALAM PENYELENGGARAAN JAMINAN KESEHATAN NASIONAL

The  issue  of  medicines availability becomes very actual since the implementation of  National  Health  Insurance Program in Indonesia. Research on medicines availability in Banda Aceh City and Jayapura  City was conducted using qualitative methods and analyzed  by theories and concepts of public health  policy. The result shows that there are several factors influencing the effectiveness of medicines  availability, namely  local government preparedness, human resources, and regulation factors.
