Wherein: the substrate is placed in a plating bath after pretreatment, is applied ultrasound field, electromagnetic field, and to the plating tank through an ultrasonic generator, an electromagnetic field pulse generator and a pulse power source, multi-field coupling electrodeposition, the specific process: ultrasonic heating medium into the electrodeposition apparatus is opened pulse power, ultrasonic generator, an electromagnetic field pulse generator, the substrate is pretreated after the configured composite into the electrodeposition bath; then plated member process, the second step of plating deposition is complete ultrasonically cleaned, washed with acetone, ethanol washing. Nano ceramic particles and the metal matrix composite state ion plating solution in the present process have a uniform distribution of nano-nickel ions and insoluble ceramic particles, and the positive and negative pulses applied pulsed electromagnetic fields of current or voltage obtained by the co-deposition of nickel and the matrix metal nanoparticles ceramic metal matrix composite material.
