A COMPLETE TECHNIQUE FOR OPTIMIZING THE WORK STATE OF OIL TRANSPORT SYSTEM

A technique to decrease the ineffective energy consumption of oil transport system to a minimum, and to reduce the power consumption for transporting every unit oil by the use of optimizing the work state of the whole system has been described.
