An air guide device and an air conditioner having the same are provided to guide the air flow discharged via the air outlet and controlling wind direction easily and precisely by protruding an inner blade mounted to an outer blade to the outside when the outer blade opens an air outlet. An air guide device(20) are mounted to a pair of air outlets formed in a cabinet(10), and includes an outer blade(30) hinged on the cabinet for opening or closing the air outlets, and an inner blade(40) mounted to the outer blade movably to be protruded to the outside of the air outlets for guiding air flow discharged via the air outlets. A motor(50) rotates the outer blade and moves the inner blade.
