The invention discloses a power and control composited tensile cable which is composed of a conductor I, an insulating layer I, an insulating layer II, a conductor II, an insulating layer III, a conductor III, a packing material, a cable core, an outer sheath, a main line core, a ground line core and a control line core, wherein the cable core is composed of the main line core, the ground line core and the control line core, the main line core comprises the conductor I and the insulating layer I which is wrapped on the outside of the conductor I in an extruded mode, the ground line core comprises the conductor II and the insulating layer II which is wrapped on the outside of the conductor II in an extruded mode, and the control line core comprises the conductor III and the insulating layer III which is wrapped on the outside of the conductor III in an extruded mode; and the main line core and the ground line core are closely arranged at a certain interval on a same circumference so as to form an inner cable core, the control line core is uniformly distributed at the periphery of the inner cable core, and the packing material is filled in the cable core, and a lining layer is wound around the periphery of the cable core, and the outer sheath is wrapped on the periphery of the lining layer in an extruded mode.
