트램의 안전성 확보를 위한 비상대응체계 수립방안

The cities in modern world, the result of increase in the use of motor vehicles, have experienced a lot of difficulties in traffic management. So in developed countries, promote the transport policy which based on public transportation to solve this problem. Tram that has been attracting attention as a new means of transportation for the congested traffic management is positioned as a friendly means of transportation on the environment abroad developed countries, it has been recognized its value. However, there is a need for the development of guidelines for emergency response at the time of incident occurrence and emergency response system is absent at the time of tram introduction in Korea. Emergency response system has been established in the case of domestic other means of transportation, when the situation occurs systematic correspondence have been made. Therefore, in this study, already by introducing a tram, tram emergency response system to have that legal guidelines and regulations associated with the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia Japan, related organizations, trying to contribute to providing a suits tram emergency response system established draft domestic situation.
