The article discusses the potential use of specific integral rating as a tool of pedagogical influence to achieve ducational objectives of the learning process. As the object of study is considered the educational process, the subject of research is the process of formation and development of individual, professionally significant traits, characteristics and personality traits. In the theoretical study of authors emphasize the importance of an educational evaluation of activity of students as one of the most effective tools for the education of students. The paper proposes a new approach to the use of specific integral rating score as the most conducive to achieving the upbringing purpose of the educational process. The authors have reported the results of the experiment confirming the effectiveness of this method of assessment of students and have made a conclusion about expediency of application specific integrated rating points in the process of professional training.
