Serum-cholesterol and ABO and rhesus blood-groups.

1969
Abstract A survey of ABO and rhesus blood-groups and serum-cholesterol levels was carried out in 6000 healthy male blood-donors aged thirty to fifty-nine years. Men belonging to group A had higher mean serum-cholesterol levels than those belonging to groups O or B. There was no such difference between the rhesus blood-groups.
