Allocation method, radio communication system, allocation apparatus, and program thereof

The subject application provides a CA scheduling scheme, a base station, a radio communication system and a program wherein radio resources are allocated on the basis of allocation indexes calculated by use of the bandwidths of component carriers and traffic loads. A solution of the subject application is a frequency block allocation method for use in a radio communication system in which a radio station and mobile stations perform radio communications by use of frequency blocks selected from among a plurality of system bands, said method being characterized by comprising: a number-of-allocations determination step of determining a number of system bands that can be allocated to each mobile station; a communication band index calculation step of calculating, in accordance with the determined number of allocations, a communication band index on the basis of the bandwidths and loads of the system bands; an allocation index calculation step of calculating, by use of the communication band index, an allocation index of each mobile station for each of the system bands; and a frequency block allocation step of allocating frequency blocks to the mobile stations on the basis of the allocation indexes.
