Pengaruh Displin Kerja Dan Motivasi Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Duta Dimensi Batam

Through thisatresearch, there are 3 variables that will be studied scientifically. The three variables are worki discipline, work motivation and employee performance at PT Duta Dimensi Batam. The purpose of this study is to find answers to 3 problem formulations based on this research variable. The three formulations are presented in a hypothesis that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT Duta Dimensi Batam. Both work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Duta Dimensi Batam. The Work discipline and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Duta Dimensi Batam. The sample used in this study were 110 respondents and had 15 questionnaire items that were considered valid and reliable in scientific data collection. The research method used to answer each goal of the three problem indicators. The research instrument used SPSS25 with a quantitative descriptive approach. From the results of this study it can be analyzed that the results of the regression test have a significant value of the discipline variable of 0.000 and a calculated t value of 2.016. The results of the regression analysis that the variable motivation of workers is 0.000 with a value of t arithmetic of 8.012. The three hypotheses set by the author in this study are acceptable. It can be concluded that the two variables significantly influence this research.
