ECONOMIC IMPACT OF A NEW AIRPORT TERMINAL BUILDING: AN EX ANTE ASSESSMENT

This paper reports on the economic impacts associated with a new airport terminal at Winnipeg. The project definition and methodology are presented, and discussion regarding some unreconciled conceptual issues is also included.
